1. General Information By purchasing from or engaging with JJsquared2 / J2, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect both our business and our customers. 2. Intellectual Property & Copyright All original designs, handmade items, and creative work produced by JJsquared2 / J2 remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not claim ownership of any customer-supplied artwork. Customers must ensure they have full legal rights or permission to use any artwork, logos, or images they provide. JJsquared2 / J2 is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided materials. 3. Custom Orders All custom orders must be approved by the customer before production. Once approved, no changes can be made. Custom and personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty. 4. Payments Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before production begins. Orders will not be started until payment is received. Prices are subject to change without notice. 5. Refunds & Returns Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the item is faulty or does not match the approved design. 6. Product Disclaimer All handmade items may have slight variations—this is part of their unique nature. Gift baskets and contents may vary depending on availability. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products once delivered. 7. Delivery & Liability Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Risk transfers to the customer once the item has been shipped or collected. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, JJsquared2 / J2 will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or business, or damages arising from misuse of products. 9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material, or breaches copyright or intellectual property laws. 10.
